Does not affect Flying and Levitating targets (except if under the effect of Gravity, while holding an Iron Ball, or if Baton Passed an Ingrain) and targets under the effect of Magnet Rise or Magic Guard. Can be removed by Defog. Can be reflected with Magic Coat and the Abilty Magic Bounce.
