Raises the target into the air for 3 turns. This makes all moves used against the target (except one-hit KO moves) always hit, unless the target is in a semi-invulnerable turn. The target will also be immune to Ground-type moves, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Arena Trap. The effect is canceled by the effects of Gravity, Smack Down, Ingrain, or an Iron Ball. Fails if any of these effects are active on the target. Telekinesis always hits, unless the target is in a semi-invulnerable turn.
