Badly poisons the target. Damage done after each turn is N * x (N starts at 1 and x is 1/16 of the target's maximum HP. N increases by 1 every time the foe takes Toxic damage). The N-value resets when Haze is used and when an afflicted foe switches or the battle ends. Never misses if used by a Poison type, even during semi-invulnerable turns. Does not affect Steel-type foes or foes with Immunity.
