Deals damage. Its power is higher when its PP is lower. A PP of 4 or more gives a power of 40, 3 PP = 50, 2 PP = 60, 1 PP = 80, 0 PP is 200. If it is called by another move (e.g. Metronome), it will calculate its power based on the PP of that move. Always hits, unless the user is in a semi-invulnerable turn.
